We will be offering a flu clinic for students, staff and community on October 21, 2021, starting at 9:00.
Forms will be going home on Tuesday, October 19. You'll only have two days to return the forms to school.
Redbird Smith Health Center will be providing the flu shots at no charge.
Student paperwork must be filled out completely. No child will be held down for a flu shot.
