The Brushy Archery team will be traveling to Roland School on Friday, January 26th for an Archery shoot. The bus will leave at 11:00am, flight times will be 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00. There will be concession if students want to bring money and parents may attend. The shoot will be held in the old high school gym. The bus will be returning back to school as soon as all students have shot.

Brushy School will be in session tomorrow, barring any late-night precipitation. With temperatures returning to the mid-teens, there will be some refreezing of the roads. This can and will affect bus routes. As always, parents should use their own personal judgment in sending their children to school. Hopefully we see you in the morning.
The County Basketball Tournament for 5th-8th Girls and Boys has been postponed until after ORES wraps up. It is now scheduled for February 12th 13th, and 15th.

As we approach the winter months, we have begun planning for inclement weather. Almost every year, Oklahoma experiences a few days of very cold, icy, or snowy weather that necessitate closing school. In the event of inclement weather, Brushy may have to alter bus routes, adjust schedules or dismiss school.
Hopefully we have a mild winter but if not, we want you to be prepared ahead of time. For announcements and updates regarding winter weather please refer to one of the following.
